Tiho is a serial product builder and is passionate about tools that help people work smarter. Most recently Tiho served as the CTO at Nitro, a smart document productivity company at the intersection of big data, natural language processing, and machine learning. In 2008, Tiho was a founding engineer at Rypple, a social performance management platform later acquired by Salesforce.
Marcus Gosling
VP Product LTSE
Marcus is a product designer and entrepreneur. A graduate of the Royal College of Art in London, Marcus worked at IDEO San Francisco and in 2004, co-founded with Eric Ries. In 2010, he left IMVU to head User Experience at - acquired by Salesforce in 2011. Most recently he served as Design Lead at Highway1, the premier hardware startup accelerator.
Hyon Lee
Software Architect LTSE
Hyon comes to LTSE with experience ranging from building engineering teams to architecting and writing the first lines of code. Hyon strongly believes that great engineering culture stems from mutual respect, continuous constructive feedback, and diversity. His most recent startup, Peer, was acquired by Twitter in the spring of 2016. Hyon received his Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science from MIT.
Pavitra Bhalla
Software Engineer LTSE
Pavitra is a Software Engineer with founding team and public company experience. He comes to LTSE with experience in architecting and building cloud platforms, and scaling infrastructure operations. Pavitra is passionate to work with mission driven teams to build products of high value for a large audience. He received his Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Santa Clara University.
Beth Andres-Beck
Software Architect LTSE
Over the past decade Beth has written code for everything from networking for real-time video understanding systems at BAE Systems to a serverless donation page platform for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. Up and down the stack, she is a proponent of collective code ownership, automated testing, user experience design, inclusive culture and event-driven javascript. She has spoken at conferences including Velocity NYC, OSCON and USENIX, and has a BA in Theater from Smith College.
Ray Shan
Director of Product Management
Ray brings his broad experience in business, engineering and design to LTSE. He started his career in Sales and Trading at Merrill Lynch. He has helped grow teams, customer satisfaction and revenue at 10-person startups and Fortune 50 firms. Prior to LTSE, Ray headed the human interface teams at Yewno to build a search engine backed by artificial intelligence.
John Bautista
General Counsel LTSE
John Bautista is a partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. His practice represents high-tech companies in corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, public company representation, and technology licensing. Prior to joining Orrick, Mr. Bautista was co-founder of Venture Law Group. He went to law school at Harvard and college at UCLA.

Frank Vargas has more than 30 years of experience in corporate and securities law, and has represented and counseled some of the largest and best-known technology companies and venture capital funds in the United States. He regularly counsels clients on Angel and Venture Financing, Initial and Secondary Public Offerings, Mergers and Acquisitions, Contracts, and Complex Technology Licensing.

Filip is a self-taught UX/UI designer designing commercially since the age of 16. Based in Europe, he has designed digital products for various startups from Silicon Valley, New York, Denmark, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.
